Default H22 DA anyone?

First off special thanks to the good people at explicit speed performance in WA state for making the mount kit and traction bars which fit perfectly. then thanks to me to do all the work. I finished it last week sometime. It's completely stock for now except the DC header of course. Paper air filter in the intake box and breathing through the little B18 exhaust after the cat still. All that will change after the visit to the CA state referee. I have some cams and a bunch of junk to do but it needs to smog first of course. Here's some pics let me know what you think................

One from the outside of the engine bay

Here's another

Close up of the valve cover. So pretty.

Height of the car was exactly the same as with the B18 in there

ground clearance with progress group springs

Shift tray mounted above tunnel just barely fits under the stock center console. No shift boot yet because mine is ugly waiting to buy new one

clutch stuff

I have lots more pics and if I can clean the car today I'll post some pics of the car. Yes it's fast. Yes it already beat a B16b equipped EF hatch, numerous swapped cars and turbo cars. And it's still stock. can't wait to actually have a real exhaust even on it so it can be uncorked if you will. Rides on Nitto NT450's which catch traction in third usually. 1st is ridiculous and second gear only has traction if you are moving at least 40mph before you get on it. Depending on the road it sometimes has to be moving 50 or so to get traction. Stock P13

A small dent and the IAT clears fines and the header has a small scratch on it already

Not sure what you mean. Does the hood close? yes. is the hood modified in anyway? no. it's stock it looks like stock

tranny cable must mean clutch cable. Yes I could have routed it around the intake side but there is a bit more parts there already not like on a B18 where's there's pretty much nothing there but injectors. I might move it under the intake manifold later. It's from a 89 Accord LXi so it's longer than a stock DA one

Ah the Ac could fit fine actually I chose to leave it out since it's for pussies anyways. If you look closer you will notice the lack of power steering as well. It now has an EF Si rack

p.s. I have power windows and it's like 47 degrees outside right now

No that would cost more for no reason. and I will be buying an LSD for my tranny sometime soon. The gears are already to short and I will be increasing the overall wheels and tire combo size to lengthen the gear set a bit to get some traction in second. This car also corners so I need to pick up some wider tires anyways hence needing a wider rim to put them on. Which in turn usually means a larger diameter unless you want to shell out big money for like 13x8 panasports or something. B16 LSD tranny? I can break like 3-4 of the H trannys and still be money ahead. Not to mention all the many parts to replace on a rod shifter setup to get a positive shift feel. Or just the stock shift linkage from a Prelude. Remember Preludes cost more so they have better parts than civics and integras.

very nice... you should do some quarter miles before messing with bolt-ons, as sort of a baseline and so everyone can see how fast it really is

WTF?? that's the biggest load of bull **** I've heard in awhile...and how much do you think a ys1 b16 lsd tranny costs? maybe like 700 bucks.... i'd like to see you break 3-4 h trannies and still come out ahead of that

to each their own man, i offered you a compliment and suggested a different avenue you could have gone, no need to get all offended....

^^why exactly do h22s suck? i'd concentrate on learning how to diagnose your own startup problems before answering my question.
