You send me your pulley and I do the work to it.
Intrested in having your crankshaft pulley shaved down? My method is better than most other machine shops because a Blanchard grinder is used, not a bandsaw or lathe - the blanchard grinder is a more precise grinding machine.
Method: First, the pulley is thouroughly cleaned. The backing of the pulley is shaved down a very slight amount (~.010"). This is done for locating purposes on the Blanchard's chuck. The pulley is then flipped over and remounted on the chuck. The outer pulleys are then ground down. The pulley is then crosshatched to give a better finish on the product. After machining the pulley is checked for flatness and parallel. The pulley is then placed on a static balancer and balance is checked. The three last measurements will almost always be exact because of the precision of the Blanchard grinder. Finally, the pulley is deburred and will then be return shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3day) with delivery confirmation. Turnaround time will be 3-5 business days.
Why?: A shaved down OEM pulley is better than using a CTR N1 pulley or Unorthadox pulley because it will retain the factory harmonic dampening. This will make it so no premature bearing damage can be done to the motor, which is known of undampended pulleys. This is more prominent on higher revving/horsepower motors. A shaved OEM B-Series pulley is only 3lbs 2ounces.
Ordering: Price is $58 return shipped. Discounts for multiple pulleys. Shipping information will be provided via E-mail or PM. Best way to pay would be to send it to me with tracking information and a check/money order enclosed.
Conact: All transactions will be handled by me for the best customer service you can get
Feel free to contact me with any questions. You can PM me here or send email to cgunsch@gmail.com. Also I can be reached via AIM @ 'paintballs'.

Here are a few pictures of Amy's h22 pulley that was ground down for clearance purposes on her H2B project.

Here is user rebo0t's shaved B-series pulley.

Yes both pulley's... it will come out more true than it is from the factory! Do some research on a Blanchard grinder... It is designed to hold tolerances a lot tighter than what is needed for this job.
