Default fog lights for 91 si crx

hey everyone i was curious about puttin some foglights on my 90 crx. i have the 91 si front bumper on my crx right now but i was lookin at it and then i went on ebay and saw that it looks like the fog lights from a 01-04 civic have almost the same shape as the fog light holes? i was wonderin if anyone else has ever thought about this or done this? i was thinkin that it might work?

You can always cut your bumper to fit

IMO....round/oval fog lights look out of place on our square cars. Give it a shot though.

That's what I was thinking. I think that rectangle fog lights look best on a crx.

yea i kno. i was rockin the rectangular foglights not jdm but the normal ones that u can find anywhere and they didnt sit right. i was thinkin for about $35 it might be worth it to try and if it dont work i could always settle down with buyin some jdm lights. didnt the ef civics have some jdm projector foglights?? ill keep u guys psoted on wat happens.

i did my own custom job with some autozone fogs, didnt even have to cut out the bumper vents i just had to drill a hole to slip the wires through...looks similar to the picture but with square yellow fogs

here it is on my usdm bumper off the car...

took me like 3 days of fiberglass, sanding, bondo, and just thiknking of how to make it work

That's going to require some massive butchery of that bumper but I think once you're done it's gonna look badass.

My fogs needed a significant amount of cutting for it to fit flush to the bumper. Did a bit of fab work as well

I've always wondered how the '99/'00 si fogs would look on a crx. The ones you're installing are sort of like those....

im still gonna try n make em fit a lil more. but i am left with a gap on the inner side of the fog lights. but then im thinkin that it could be a good thing seein as i have cold air intake and it would allow for more air to enter. theses lights are for 01-04 civics. a lil more trimmin and i should be set. not bad for less than an hour of work dont u agree????

I got some jdm look alikes for sale. They are not the apc ones fron auto zone either. The apc ones have the black on the front of them covering part of the yellow lens. These are rectangular and there is nothing bu yellow lens on the front.
