awesome job Tony, I told you back a few months ago that I thought we had not seen the full potential of a B. But on another note i didnt realize you could reset a SFWD record at a non-NHRA event, lol. Looks like I have my work cut out for me at the Domestics vs. Imports event this weekend.

 

It's only a record in my head as far as i'm concerned, but i did run it, so that's all i care about. lol

I'm sure we're really going to see what a b series has next time you run your car!

Mat is running a B series, he's not driving the Clutchmasters car anymore. His 9.47 pass was in a civic hatch with a b series.

we need to work on that on our car, that is what is missing

Its still around but driven by Johnathon Renolds. I think that is his name. Mat parrted ways with the CM team and build a hatch on a b-series that went 9.47...

 

It's very hard to get that part of the track consistent. Ideally you want to be right on the edge of traction all the way down the track. Well, when you pass that, it spins and you loose 2 tenths. My next pass spun all through 2nd and went 9.62. Now that a lot of people have the power, it's a game of who can contol it best.

Thats an ever changing game. you can test till your blue in the face, check your data, and come up with a formula, but your track prep will pave the way (no pun intended lol) for those great short times.. I see alot of shitty trackprep lately..
