Default P72 vs Pr3 heads

I have a 94 Gsr motor that i am rebuilding. I found the cam journals on my p72 head are scored so i found a guy with a "Pr3" head. He said it's from a 2001 integra. How much different is this head from the P72? I also have a Blox intake manifold for a gs-r soo im kinda stumped wheather not to buy this. I think the years of compatability are 94-01 right?
Thanks H-T

pr3 is b16 head, you have to modified the p72 block with pr3 head , to me it not worth it.

what do you mean "modify" what does it require. i thought type r & gsr block's are mostly interchangable.

what are you smoking? a pr3 head requires no modifications to install onto a b18c block.

the blox gsr mani wont fit on the pr3 head.

pr3 head will also lower your compression by about .2-.3

PR3 head can be either type R or b16.
