Default Removing back seats

Anyone can guide me through removing my back seats on my 4th gen. I want to remove the back seats, lay out some dyno matting so I don't have to listen to my exhuast roaring and lay down some carpeting and have 2 10" subs sit there.

there are just 2 clips in the middle of the seat, near the carpet. Just pull the leaver forward and they will release

its pretty easy. i had to do it to my car so i could put in my new fuel pump. the hardest part, if you decide to do it, is taking out the crossmember.. and by hard, i mean as hard as unwrenching 4 bolts.. its really self explanitory once you actually get in your back seat and start ripping **** apart.

Yeah it'd be nice if someone can get some nice pics of the back with no seats.

well almost what i am looking for is a picture that the only thing that has been removed are the seats and the middle rear console. that way i can make sure i have everything in the right spot.

I have had my rear/trunk interior out for a LONG time now. I decided that its tooo cold to keep it like this. Decided that it was too noisy as well. So I think putting the seats back in is a better idea for me! Plus its time to put my prelude back luxurious honda status!

yeah, it gets a bit noisy at times...Rocks come up off of the tires and hit the fenderlining and it sounds like they hit right next to you. When its raining the water sounds like its flying in the car. If you have an exhaust...The continuous sound of that is there as well along with many other things. I guess I just miss the luxurious factor of having complete interior. Not that I can have 4 people in my car but just looks more stock with them in...:-D And they are gonna be leather rears sooooo....

i used live real close to a couple of people i worked with. i took out the back seats just for a reason not to take them to work haha. but the backseat is the biggest sound deadener in the car. it sounds terribly loud when you take them out.

I wouldnt say that it is that bad with the seats out...I mean its louder but nothing terrible...like i said...i have had mine out for a long time but since I have picked up both cloth and leather rear seats i might as well put a set in there.

it takes like 20minutes to take EVERYTHING out. But the thing is...All I am trying to to is make sure I have the cross peices all back in place before I go bolting the seats down.
