Default Low beams not working and turning signals all messed up

Both of my low beams don't work, I tried replacing the fuses and the bulbs, still a no good.

and

My turning signals is pretty much screwed up, I turn on the hazard light and it works.. but when I turn on my left turn signal it makes both front turn signals flash and on the dash it blinks and ticks fast as hell compared to the right turn signal which works just fine. I also forgot to mention that my high beam indicator doesnt come on when I turn the high beams on.

I'm getting slowly irritated with my buy because this prelude has allot of problems that the seller didnt address to me and its way to late to get my money back. So I'm just gonna fix everything and earn some mechanic experience.

I discovered something new, since I was checking mainly during the day. Today I went into my car and cleaned up my handy tool box that had tools scattered all over my inside. So I turned on my low beams nothing, switch it to high, High beams comes on.. But I noticed something.. My High beam indicators don't even come on. What does this mean?

What exactly is that? I'm not too good with electrical things on cars.

BTW, I got my signal lights to work. Now I gotta fix these damn low beams so I can drive at night.

the relay is in the fuse box under the hood...its a 4 pin square looking thing. one says headlamp and the other says abs...take the abs one out, and the headlamp one, then plug the abs one into the headlamp spot and see if it works...if it doesnt then make sure you put the right one back in the right spot lol.

The little boxes with the clear tops? I noticed that my headlight "relay" where it has those copper flanges it partially snapped off and barely passes by the screw holes where it holds it still.. How can I replace this? This might be the problem hmm..

No, Thats not what I am talking about. If you look under the hood you have a fuse box. (Pass side, towards the windsheild) The fuse box lid/cover should have a diagram on it. Look for the Headlamp relay and the abs relay...

there is a grounding point/ a little. block it is bolted to the fender well close to the headlight on the passenger side. I think there is one on the drivers side too.
When it is not connected alot of screwy things happen with the lights.

I think its number 24/48

If anyone has a real picture it would be great

its the white thing. make sure you have one mounted on each side.

Thanks, I checked them and both of the grounds are perfectly connected.. Someone suggest that I wire up a ground wire coming from thet low beam wires and have the ground wired to the chassis.
