I personaly have heard that for aftermarket exhaust the Apexi World Sport is one of the best.. the only downfall to this is the 4 inch tip.. It might not look stock.. but it doesnt have that loud annoying ricey sound... I will be getting the Apexi WS when i get the moeny.. but now i have to buy new axles cuz mine got fucked..

A'PEXi WS is supposed to be real quiet, and a real good price, but it's a chambered muffler. People say the Tanabe Hyper Medallion is not real loud, either, and it is a straight-through muffler, but it costs more than the WS.

I've heard that that Greddy Evo is louder than the Apexi WS, I've never heard the Evo though. I do have an Apexi WS and it doesn't seem much louder than stock, but is a bit deeper.

A Twin loop works well for this cowboy. It's quieter than stock.
For track days, it's the Apexi Dunk. That's a bloody loud muffler. And the 5" tip doesn't help either.

the "classic" RS*R system that everyone is referring to (the quiet one) isn't made anymore. Racing Beat dumped RS*R and then they were bought or something from Invidia, and they sold a newer system that is an N1 style for a very short time. Now Skunk2 imports that same N1 type system, but with their name on it. Last person I remember having the old RS*R was Nick (newgsrdriver) from import specialists. Look up his name or go to http://www.import-specialists.com and give them a call to see if they have any left. HTH...

But I have a White GSR with Red DOHC VTEC sticker on the side. I also have the 98+ tail lights.
