Default Blox or Skunk2

Is the Skunk2 intake manifold worth spending the extra cash on or should I just go with the blox and save $75?

fiy, first gen skunk 2 intake manifold doesnt have the badge, only second gen, but if you want to upgrade for hp gain, why you even care if it got the badge on or what not.

let put it this way, having a sticker on your car make it look nice now?

you fucken idiot, he want horsepower gain, i bet he careless on how it looks,

if you care so much on how it looks, put alot of sticker on your windshield

and you cant compare blox manifold to ebay manifold

blox and skunk2 is same design, same with the type r manifold idiot. reason when people upgrade manifold is because they want hp gain, they careless on how it looks.

get the blox manifold and use that extra $75 to do the install of that manifold right! ie. itr intake, non gsr tb pulley, itr throttle cable, and itr throttle cable bracket. From the representative of blox told me, he said that skunk and blox actually have larger runners in comparison to the oem itr intake manifold. So basically, its modeled just like the itr intake manifold, but slightly larger runners and designed to fit the p72 head.

As the others have stated, if you really care about looks, then go ahead and spend the extra money for a badge. As for the statement about an aem cai vs an ebay rActive cai, they're both basically the same thing, except the aem comes with CARB stickers. Once you start using other intakes such as the j's racing whale *****, comptech or mugen ice box, arc induction box, then those actually really work. By comparing the aem cai vs the ebay cai and rActive cai's, those are generally the same exact thing without the big named brand stickers and price tag.
