Default db8 quarter miles????

I was wondering what you guys run? This is the first post ever of this topic. I was searching to see what average times i/h/e are doing on a db8, but nothing popped up.

Unfortunately, I ran 15.9 @ LACR. The elevation is like 2,000 something above sea-level. It was hot and I had traction problems ( Bald Azenis ).

What do you guys run?

air density determines how much o2 can be crammed into your engine...if the air is thinner...less o2 molecules...and thats what reacts with fuel to create power...1st year physics concepts..

My best was a 14.68 @ 93mph (2.22 60')

1994 DB8 I/H/E Exedy stage 2 (3 puck) Exedy flywheel
Koni/GC (custom spring rates, SPSS3 valving) Stock Fat Fives, and Kumho 712 @ 25psi (195/55/15)

This was at Sacramento Raceway a while back... my car is white. I will tell you that the intake is an AEM cold air, and the exhaust is a Greddy SP2. The header is a... secret.

Its weird because I'm hitting 2.2 60' but freken I hit 15.9..... Maybe I'm losing top end. I guess I lowered the azenis too much...ahhaha 12 psi...=/

I'll update my times, tracking this wednesday? Is it bad for your car to go 2 wednesdays in a row? I ran 24+ times last wednesday...track is way open...

i started powershifting near the end of the night at 12psi tires. Chirpping 4th gear all day. Ran 16.0....we'll see what i hit tomorrow at lacr. GARBAGE *** TRACK!

20psi sounds like a good idea...ill just warm the azenis up realllll good.
