Default K20-EF hits the strip...

Hit up Island Dragway this past Sunday. Turned out to be a wonderful day for racing, not too many cars and a nice cool day. I got about 10 runs in, the car ran like a gem, new bosch fuel pump that I got from Tony1 worked great all day.

Some video of a few runs... (two sources, same video)

http://media.putfile.com/K20-EF
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wkvS0se83U

I think the car still has a lot more in it... The stock clutch seems to be slowly wearing itself out and may be time for an upgrade. I also need more seat time, as you can tell from the videos, the limiter comes up pretty fast. Unfortunately, I just dropped about $1800 on tuition/books for my last semester at college, so that put a hole in my pocket.

Car ran a best of 11.92@114.1 with a 1.7 60ft. cars weighs about 1760 w/o me in it.

Besides the obvious new clutch and LSD, just curious to know if there is anything else I could do to improve my times. I was launching the car around 7k-7500 rpm with about 7.5-8psi in the slicks (23x8x13 M&H). It still needs to be fine-tuned, as I am currently running a map that my friend got from going to Evans Tuning. Thanks for any advice/tips that are supplied.

Think that rear bumper might be catching some air from under the car?

correct, i am using my friends map that he got from going to evan's tuning. (btw, his motor made 230/160 on a stock k20a2 with RBC manifold.) its obviously not fine tuned for my setup but it's working out fine for now.
