and does low and high make any difference
i thought of switching to that setup but havent even needed highs for the HID conversion
and it still is only one beam just diff reflectors
post a comparison pic against a wall so i can get an idea

supertwinz: really nice car!!!!!!!!

could you please post some better pics of the beam pattern for both high and low? Preferable agaist a clean flat surface, the pic you used is a little hard to interpret because of the clutter in the backgroud.

I'm thinking the high-low beam mechanism might keep the light focused down low instead of getting thrown up high like is the case with civic housings.

Thanks in advance

If his kit is the Hella system, then I think it comes with covers or something to help non HID headlight housings redirect the beam pattern towards the ground.

where can you get for $450 shipped....is this "your price" or the price on a website. also, how exactly do the high/low beam functions work? is there soem sort of mechanical shield that is in place with the low beams and then it moves when you hit the highs? finally, what color temp are those: 4300k, 6000k? thanks.

another question: what is involved in the install? Is it just a bulb balest and harness, or is there something else to get the high/low beams to switch? Does it still use the stock switch (pull lever) to go to high beams?
