YOu have to host them on some site like photobucket.com, iserve.com, or imageready.com.
After that, it should give you a URL for the picture. On your toolbar in the post page you will see this,
, click it, and you will see this: [I MG] [/I MG] Put the URL from your host in there, take the spaces out between the I and MG, and it should appear.
