I came up with this thread after checking out 19sec beast's build thread.

Where are the custom A/C and power steering compatible manifolds/turbo setups at?
Show pics if you can. Addressing condenser placement, fluid line setups, and clearance will be very helpful to this thread.

^^word. it's cramped in DAs WITHOUT a turbo.
nice setup, neukin. what turbo is that? did you have to have any lines modified/fabricated?
how did you do your intercooler, radiator, and condenser setup?

are you talking about my pics with the cardomain label on there, or the one with the full race sticker on the spark plug cover? because mine was close but i did put exhaust wrap around the lines not to long after this picture.

When I built a new motor for my sled, I decided to install ac again..it's definitely a tight fit..between having a 3" dp, traction bars, cold air intake, etc.. you definitely have to tweak the lines just a bit. I also rotated my suction line about 20 degrees counterclockwise where it attaches to the compressor, this allowed the hose to stay away from my wastegate re-circ pipe. I also put heat wrap on just about everything. I know it looks hillbilly but my set up works and the ac is ice cold
(I took this photo before installing the PS pump so that you can see the connection)
on a separate, but related note, you can also see my custom radiator mounts that pull the radiator about another 1/2" towards the front, which gives clearance for the fans and suction line that runs in the middle.

My Integra AC kit is $150 for the upper AC line. I have a shop CNC bend them. It bolts up to the stock line and compressor. Only downside is you need to recharge your R134a of course.
I dont have a kit for the Civic yet but I'd like to make one. Can anyone supply pictures of a 6th gen civic from the same angles I posted?

I have a Civic you can use for mockup, bone stock 00 EX. I'll see if I can borrow it from my sister this weekend.

I noticed your upper A/C line is behind a stock radiator. What are the chances of fitting it behind a Fluidyne?
Also, is there another line that can replace the one going to the compressor? A lot of high HP guys are using equal length manifolds, and top mounts, and it gets very hot right there and could possibly melt that line.
Looks like a nice setup!

yes someone please get this man a civic he can use for mock up cuz that would be freakin awesome , you know wht if someone else doesn't ill just bring mine when i get it!!
I had a customer who had a thick cored Fluidyne (1 3/4") and my line cleared that fine. The pics posted here are of the first prototype, its since been expanded for thick radiators. Plus the hydralic line gives it some flexibility in mounting.
And I believe your talking about the lower AC line. But I dont see how thats in the way. Show me a picture of what your talking about.
