Pro Fab Tri Y header???
So this header looks way dope but i would like to here some feedback on this header before i drop the lute on it... does anyone have this header on there build and maybe some dyno numbers to go along with it? all i have seen is pictures of the header which make me want it but does it make power...
i have had that header so has my buddys here in vegas
i got myen at camp 1320 so did my buddy myen cracked i cracked 4 headers even the stainless steell one and my buddy just cracked sorry but i think they are junk

You cracked 4 headers? Which one besides the Pro-Fab?

I have only seen the old ones crack.....I cracked one myself....it was the old 18awg steel Profab. I have yet to see a 16awg profab crack. We made 221 whp on a 1.8l CTR Piston LSVtec and also made 245 on a 85mm LS Vtec. We took the 1.8l bottom end out and put the 85mm bottom end in, so it had all the same parts(Head, Header, intake manifold, and so on).....

I have seen profab headers with the PROFAB stamp on it and i've seen one with out it, is there a difference?

the old ones have a stamp, the new ones dont....
The Differance between the new and old is this, the New one doesn't hang down as low in the back. It is also made of 16awg steel instead of 18, so it is thicker and stronger for street use.

so some body save me and tell me to get another header if anyones new header has craked cause that **** would suck to happen how much are those rage headers and any opinions on which is better profab or rage???

i've had my profab for 2 months with no cracks, havent dynoed yet. My friend had his header on his car for 3 months with no problems until he wrecked the car. Its a good header for the price you pay, but there are better options for more money.

Has anyone wrap the profab headers? Would it cause it to crack or do any damage to the coating. Like to know

tom returned my money at the end
i never hit or scrap my header was always in perfect condtion
this is the best story i was street racing i know its bad but the runners felll off the flange on the head and draged and made me hit the curb crazy ****

The header you were using was the old design if it was purchased through Camp before April 2006.

jeremy i think he meant .. its the same design. but he got the high end/ SPark racing
you know. the headers that we had to reweld 4 diffrent times due to cracking at diffrent areas.
b16coupe4 profab does not make stainless headers. you got the highend /sparks header NOT profab
we had 2 diffrent headers come in twice each for cracking issues made by sparks

Got it......I was wondering how the hell he cracked a profab at the flange, but now I see why.....Didn't we just weld A sparks header back together in another spot where it cracked.....
