People that took out A/C in Ek

I guess it should be all cars but....what did you do about the space through the grill since the condessor is gone? Did you just leave it or used something over it?

ANYONE WITH A CX/DX HATCH POST YOUR OEM BLOCK OFF PLATE IN PLACE OF THE CONDENSER? OR KNOW THE PART #?

You can buy a blockoff plate from honda. It looks really clean, I think it runs around 50 bucks.

yeah i was thinking about getting a full radiator, since i want to upgrade radiators anyways, but idk if i need it yet.

I don't have a pic, it's just a big black square made of abs plastic, that goes where your ac stuff used to sit.

Kinda like an overgrown radio block off.

I believe DX models had an dealer option for A/C. Mine came with it too...

I'll check around junkyards then, anyone have the part # though?

If you're taking out the a/c then fill it in with either a full length radiator or get a snail in there

I would, but if I can find one of the OEM block off plates for cheap I'll def consider that first

yep yep..

all CX's shoulda came with it. i think i have mine somewhere in the shed.

im not sure of the part#, but if you go to a dealership ask for a 96-98 honda civic hatchback CX Model, and it should show up there. just make sure you ask for the CX, because it's the most basic model that never came with anything.
