PS...

I can delete, add, or substitute parts within reason (ie...wheels, sets, brakes, etc...) and adjust price accordingly if you want to work something out...

BUT I WILL NOT PART IT OUT...so do not ask.

thanks

Yeah, looks like I forgot to add:

This is a "FOR SALE" thread...not a "please appraise the value of my vehicle, which you have never seen" add.

If the price is too high for you, please move on to the next add or go build your own and see how much it costs you...I've been building hybrids and buying and selling honda parts and cars long enough to know their value....so please don't waste our time or the forum bandwidth.

incidentally, please note: this forum has only 1 rule. It's: "don't flame posters for their prices" thats it. one rule...pretty simple.

move on...
dave w

i think people really have to know much much TLC has gone into this car to really appreciate it. i don't think dave's price is too much as this car is immaculate and been taken care of to the highest degree.

if you think he's asking too much, find another car to buy...

dave . . . i can still remember my first (and only) time behind the wheel of this thing . . . in lovely downtown sharon, hehe.

if my GF gets this $65K+ job she just applied for, we may be taking this off your hands.

best of luck!

Thanks for the mad props guys....I'm really sad to even have to post it for sale. but I just can't justify sitting on it with the new cars I just bought and the limited chance I'll have to drive it. And I really want to focus on advancing my SCCA racing. The car would be a great Honda Challenge car for anybody thinking of running that series.

and yes, that is a stock EX coupe chin spoiler on the front.
thanks

To anyone that thinks this is a high price, you're just dumb. The engine and the tranny both have only 5k miles on them! If this were an ITR with 5k miles it'd be going for closer to 20k I'd believe. However, he has an assload of modifications (good ones) done as well (Read: this car would spank the **** out of an ITR). The chassis might be getting old, but who cares? If you have the money and want a hybrid - buy this and be done. to Dave for building such a nice car.

when you say $17,975 obo what kind of best offer do you mean then? I mean seriously for 18gs you can get a brand new car. It might not be as fast as your ITR but first of all, it will be a lot newer and 2nd, you would not have to worry about passing smog etc. Don't flame me man but I just want to know what kind of best offer you talking about since you don't want people to lowball you.

So sad to see it go! Hopefully it goes to a good home. It would be nice to see it go to someone who's going to compete with it. Well, bump for you!

Don't bitch about the price, if you don't like it, go to the next one...I've driven this car and ridden in it..it's worth it, no question.
