If you want to get technical, 1 Bar is = to 14.5psi
so .5 Bar is 7.25psi

Ive always been told it was 14.7-1....

14.7 psi is atmospheric pressure. 1 ATM is not the same as 1 Bar

the reason why 1 bar is 14.7 psi is b/c if u had a 1in diameter colum of air from sea level 2 the end of the atmosphere it would way 14.7 lbs but it changes wit temp , b/c we all no air expands

f' all that, its 7lbs... period. if anyone in this room thinks they are going to notice a difference between 7.00, and 7.99lbs of boost, then your crazy and have never been in a boosted car. thank you! have a good night.

uhh you can tell the difference between 7 and 7.99psi expecially if you are running a very larger turbo where you might get 25whp per psi...

dude, i run a t3/t67 h.o. turbo.... which is pretty large for a civic, and maybe its due to lack of traction but i really cant tell the difference in a single lb of boost.
