Default GS-R and B20 Vtec Head Studs The Same???

I just bought a set of head studs from lightning motorsports for a b20 with a b16a head and they sent me some for a b18c. I called them back and asked them about it, and they said that they are the same. I even asked why they had different part numbers, and he assured me that they were the same regardless. So now im askin everyone else are they the same??? I dont want to wait til the last minute and have to track a set down.

thanks

they should be fine, b20 b18b and b18c all have the same deck height. its the b16 ones you shouldnt use. anyway people have been using those for some time for b20vtecs HOWEVER, i dont honestly know if the b20 block / b16a head studs are indeed the same or different like lighting says.

ARP finally released a ls/b20 vtec kit a little while back but up intill then we all had to use the GRS/B16 arp studs. You will be fine with the "vtec" studs -
