CAI in h22 question...

will the CAI in a 95 accord ex fit into the h22a engine swap my brother is getting or just it need to be modified to fit...

the 2.5 pipe will be to small for the h22.. you can use it but youll lose from power i believe dave said something about this.

i am pretty sure that it wont fit. plus what year or kind of h22a 1 or 4 or jdm? i am not sure if that matters but knowing might help someone tell you how to mod. it

i think its a usdm which is 1..? but yea is the modding a bitch to fit it on there does it involve cutting the pipe or reshaping the intake tube excuse my stupidness im overtired

if you must have an aem, get one for a 5th gen prelude. they are 3"

if it were me, i would just have 3" piping mandrel bent to fit yO

For those with a 97+ lude CAI, did you get the mounting bracket to work?

I got mine yesterday and matched it up and it lines up like my accord except for the bracket. I don't want it to rattle around.
