Once again *** has lost my pics....I rehosted them in photobucket...sorry for the problem... *** Communications sucks donkey *****!!!!

Quickchris and I had a shoot in the new parking garage...

clean bug...liking the flat green on it. but does the trunk/hood have spacers on it? lol.

Thanks!! Yeah the deck lid has stand-off brackets on it. I wanted to make sure it is getting plenty of cool air!!

The Rota's were the whole point of not using the same old played out wheels used on every VW... Except Rotas are about the most played out wheel in the Honda world.... Oh well I like them!!

Love the trunk and the slips are mean on there. It took me like 3 looks to even notice the K because the bug is so tite. Nice job.

Chris is out in the Western part of the state...I am on the Peninsula

For those who followed my build....I have put about 550 miles on it.. ( remember I can only put 2500 on it cause of my policy, don't want to drive it too much!!)

It is still weird driving this car around..Still getting used to 4 wheel drum brakes again!! No leaks, runs good ect...

What was really cool was having Chris (the type R in the pics) in the car again considering the last time he and I rode in this thing we were 16...About 13-14 years ago!! Pretty crazy stuff.

The Beetle looks pretty dope and the DC looks....thrown together and incomplete. I suppose it's a work in progress.

Chris's DC is in fact a theft recovery rebuild....
