Default Horn, Cruise Control Don't work, brake lights do work, just reset srs light, clockspring still?

Hi just like the title says, my horn and cruise control don't work. My SRS light has been on for awhile because i removed and replaced the steering column.

Well I reset the SRS light and its off now but still no cruise or horn. I have read that this is usually caused by a relay, fuse, or clock spring. I don't hear any relay clicking, my brake lights work so don't think its a fuse, and now my SRS light is ok.

I guess my question is, is it possible to not have an SRS light on if the clock spring is bad? I just want to rule that out if possible. Thanks.

you said you replaced the steering column...was the steering column oem and for that model...did the new steering include cruise control ( i.e. like the buttons ) what do you drive...I kinda asking vague questions......

I drive a 98 LS, it was stolen so I replaced the column with an ebay one. It is oem but I actually can't remember the model or year it came out of. Is there a difference? I know all of the plugs and harnesses connected up.
