If you check out the link in my Signature, I sell Lamin-X for 99-00 Civic Fog Lights. Now I want to sell it for the new Civic Coupes but I don't know anybody who has one so I can take pictures with it applied. Therefore I'm giving away a set of these for free as long as someone can take some GOOD DIGITAL PICTURES WITH A GOOD CAMERA (No Cell Phone Cameras)of it applied to their car.
Here is a picture of it applied to the 99-00 Civic Fog Lights
Yellow Lamin-X Applied

I'm planning to sell them for $15 shipped. If you want to know more about Lamin-X check out the link in my Signature.

..and you'd be 100% correct
When I had mine on, I could barely even tell the lights were yellow when they were on at night.
...then my film burned and I ripped it off, laminx said they'd send me a replacement, it never came, i let them know, they told me it was sent and never replied again

Sorry you feel that way... I don't doubt you having a negative personal experience but keep in mind there are so many others real pleased with Lamin-X's performance both with the heat resistance and output.
I had one customer that had an issue with the Lamin-x ""Peeling In The Heat". It just so happened that it was peeling because he didn't clean his foglights off first.
Keep in mind that comparing Lamin-x to high wattage bulbs may not be a fair fight. After all are those high wattage bulbs supposed to be in your stock light harnesses in the first place?

Do you have an FG with fogs... or a friend with one? Touch those lights after they've been on for a while... its extremely hot.

i m interested in the yellow lamix-x film
but it is illegal to have yellow headlights on at night in canada.
my question is how "yellow" is my headlights going to be after installing lamin-x film??
do you or anyone else have pics of highlights on with the lamin-x film installed??
pics at night with headlights on??
i have read this post about some people saying that is not that bright. which is what i want...just want the yellow look in the day but without the yellow light at night.
also what would the total cost of lamin-x with shipping to vancouver canada??
thx in advance................69

What are you trying to get at? Are you comparing them to other fog lights or are you comparing them to other bulbs?

Here is a shot, I have some more if you are curious. ANd you guys are right its not as bright as it would be if I had Yellow Bulbs, which I will prob add to the Lamin-X to. I think both together would look great. Input guys??

My point is that I've never heard of any one having a problem with laminx like I did. When I talked to the guy at their site, he told me Honda's fogs were just hotter than usual. He was probably full of it.
I remember seeing smoke coming from my lenses.

Yeah mine does that to. If I leave my fogs on to long, or i'm sitting still they will start to smoke. I thought at first that is was just the solution maybe buring off, but it kept doing it. What do I do??? Take the film off or limit my time using the fogs. Hmmm.....I'm probably gonna get just the Yellow bulbs, maybe even step it up a nothc and get the Xenon yellow bulbs.
