98 integra front end(what is needed for swap)
if i was gonna swap a 98+ fronnt end on a 95 integ....would i need the fenders, hood, radiator support and headlights or just the front bumper?

This is what you'll need ...
but seriously .. Headlights, turn signals, and Bumper,
You'll need the turnsignal brackets if they don't come with the 98+ bumper.
