do you have a JDM DC2? if not, why do you want to put a JDM VIN plate on your car? and my best guess would be a junkyard in japan.
maybe try http://www.heeltoeauto.com once the site gets back up.

When I got my jdm front from type-r. The damn guy took off the plate so now i gotta buy a new one. Anyone know how to get it on. I know theres the two little holes on the side where theres small little metal peices. Are those tak welded on or what?

I think there are some kind of rivets on there that hold it in place.

I have Si-Vtec and SIRG. but i rock the Si-Vtec on my car. Yes it is rivets. I have a pop rivet gun it is really easy. you put the rivet in and there is a nail like thing and that goes into the tip of the gun. you squeeze the handle and the gun pulls the nail up thru the rivet. it pushes the sides of the rivet out and wedges against the hole. then the nail breaks off.
here is mine.

There definitely wouldn't be a GSR VIN plate. The only DC chassis plates that would be available are the Type-R (DC2/DB8), Si VTEC/SiR-G (DC2/DB8), or ZXi/ZX (DC1/DB6).
