DC4 Summer Makeover
New pics will always be posted to the bottom
Update: I copied all pictures to the original post so people dont have to go through all 10 or so pages of pictures.
Well summer is coming which means it's project time. I have had my car for about a year and a half now and it's gone through mostly minor cosmetic changes. Well a couple months ago I had a guy spin out on the freeway and crash into my front end which translates to=jdm front. So today I got my JDM front end in and so Im going to start my progress thread. For now Ill post a few pics showing the minor changes and as I continue work on it I'll keep everyone up to date. Thanks and enjoy.
The day I got her.

The damage.

The new front end

Im starting work on it tonight.

It started raining...

Calling it a night..threw on the jdm hood...

The new rims...

Side skirts came off.
Took off fender liners.
Took off fenders.
Put on new fenders.
Lined up hood and fenders.

Bumper is just sitting there, I just wanted a sneak peak. I still have to switch the core supports.

Removed the radiator support and center support piece.

Mounted the new bumper reinforcement and support pieces.

Put on the skunk2 pro series camber kit today, so I could throw on my wheels. It will be going in for prep hopefully this week.
Out with the old...

In with the new...

Yes I know...Rota center caps. I have different ones on order.

Washed the Integra and here are some bonus pics of washing the El Camino

Got all the parts back today. All body work and primering has been done. He also did the jams (underside of hood and inside edges of fenders) Im going to put everything on tomorrow then it will be another week and a half or so before I can get it back to him for paint. But its coming along...

Did some more work today. Ripped out the interior, and carpet. I had my tan carpet still so I decided to take a chance in using a black spray paint dye and it worked real well. Throwing it all back in tomorrow, I'll take pics.

Oh yea, and if anyone wants any of this crap pm me. I need to get rid of it.
94 front bumper with minor damage, 94 fenders, drivers side has damage, both have holes cut for side markers, tan dash, and damaged carbon fiber hood.

Here is how she sits today, waiting to be painted.

But the snow is coming so she is going in a tent on the side of my house until spring. Hopefully the snow won't be too bad this year and I'll get to take her out every once in a while.
UPDATE: 01/07/07
Took the car all apart yesterday and took the parts to my friend who is painting it. Almost done!!

Paint job finished, car put back together
