Things you'll need:
Masking tape
Krylon Stained Glass red (very hard to find in local stores)
Something to clean the lights with
Chrome altezza tail lights
First thing's first. Take your tails and remove and dirt or grease so the paint will stick. Then, tape off anything you don't want to be painted (I chose to keep my turn signal and reverse bulbs clear). After that, clean off the lens again real quick (you may have gotten some finger prints on it while masking it off). Now, you should have something like this:

Now, take your paint and spray top to bottom, then side to side, making sure to get a good coat of paint all around. Should resemble this:

With the first coat on, you can already see the difference. If you're happy with the coverage and the color, let this dry overnight. If you want a deeper red, apply a second coat. The second coat will look hazy when you first spray it on, but will clean up after about 30 minutes. Assuming you did a second coat, you should have something like this. It looks noticeably deeper, much more like a true ruby red.

After you've let them dry at least 12 hours (overnight is best), you can go ahead and swap them on and take a look at your handy work!
