Default stock LS 1/4 mile times......

I went to the track yesterday with my stock LS I got about 2 months ago. Went 16.8@86mph with a .610 reaction. This seems slow my last LS I had seemed to be a lot faster. Anybody else have stock LS times??

should be about 16.0 give or take a .1 or .2, thats if its a 5 speed, high 16's sounds about right for an auto

Hmmmm I had full interior no stereo stuff.......I was at Palmdale that coulda been it.... I knew that seemed slow. My friend only ran 16.0 in his G60 corrado he has a lot of mods boostin 16lbs and his car is supposed to run 16.0 bone stock. Im thinking track conditions...anybody? Oh mines a 5speed stock clutch with 117K miles but still chirps 2nd pretty good

Varies from person to person, and from state to state. Different tracks are at different elevations. Average times for a stock LS should range between high 15's to low 16's. My best time was a 15.8.

Is it possible to keep up with a stock GSR or SI with I/H/E on a 5speed LS?

I ran a 16.6 with my stock auto ls, for the guy above me, stock gsr's run between 14.8-15.2 depending on driver, conditions, elevation, etc.

If a gsr runs 14.8-15.2, what does an ITR run 14.0-14.4? To run a 14.8 it must be at sea level, dragradials and slipping the clutch from 7000rpms or something like that. That seems a bit optimistic. I would say 15.2-15.6 for a full interior stock GSR. Yeah you might have a few freak cars that run quicker or slower because of bad drivers.

doesnt take much to keep up with a stock gsr. I/H/E cam gears SAFC tuning and you should be pulling mid to low 15's..which is what a GSR runs.

when my LS had i/h/e i ran a best of 15.4 @ 88mph. I've seen a lot of LS integras run mid 15s. But i've also seen GSRs do 15 flat stock. Its probably the driver though.

Wow. It seems that the I/H/E shaves off alot of time for an LS integra.

I ran a 16.0 bone stock with full interior on some heavy 17's. Should be considerably quicker now on 15" gsr rims, with I/E, clutch, and 7.5lb fidanza flywheel. Just waiting for some money to complete my swap project.

I have seen plenty of stock gsr's running at 15 flat or faster, I am very close to sea level that is probably why.
