Ok i read the stuff other day about BENEN stuff and AEROSPEED,SPOON,FIBER IMAGE and ect but i really want to know if i buy some carbon fiber whatever for my car who should i go through??i dont care if its acp shiztnick as long as it looks good and doesnt fade,crack,break,bend,fit has nozzle holes or just plain bunk.. really im thinking of buying the 92-95 CF lip hood and duckbill but after of reading that stuff of what everybody said the other day i dont know who to buy from.. can ya tell the truth about this stuff please.. really if you bought from them and how the stuff is. this isnt for people who seen the stuff on a friends car or in a shop. thanks ps and if you know some more company who make cf stuff please add it to the poll also dont be adding gay stuff like smoke weed everyday or mama jokes please thanks

 

I have a VIS hood and I'm very happy with it. It has the washer nozzles pre-drilled and fits perfectly.

 

aerogear is releasing carbon fiber pieces now too, cf is gettin more availability now.

From what I've seen I think those VIS hoods and the NOPI are junk. They have a weak-*** skeleton on them.

 

VIS hoods are NOT the same as the "NOPI" hoods. NOPI started carrying VIS and they fit perfect. i've seen 4 on cars and they are flawless in terms of fit and weave.

Problem?

They're HEAVY compard to other C/F hoods i've lifted. Look perfect though, and still lighter than O.E. CHEAP too!

 

yeah, I'm not saying they are the same. I know a shop locally that only sales VIS hoods and yes they have a nice weave, but those skeletons are nothing but really thin fiberglass. Then a friend of mine bought one of those NOPI hoods with the blue weave and it has a super thin skeleton and has already ripped! Yes teh skeleton has a hole ripped in it from the hood bar. and the hood itself is very thin.

 

i seen alot about fiber images here but never heard of them on the street where im from. can somone tell me a place where they sell them......website maybe?
