Default Aftermarket Radiator

My radiator has a hole in it so i am forced into buying a new one. My car is a 1993 dx civic auto that won't have a turbo or swap done.

Should I buy a new oem radiator or buy an aftermarket one? I also heard that fitting an aftermarket one is difficult? any suggestions?

i didnt have any problems with fitment on an aftermarket rad from ebay. aftermarket rads arent bad fits. if u get the joe schmo co rad then yea u will have a problem but if u do your research and see its a legit company ull be fine

I wouldn't even chance it. I got a fluidyne. Perfect fitment, hoses were a little tight, but use some lube and they'll slide on eventually. There's a guy on ebay who sells them for like 289.99.

Quality ones like Fluidyne (probably Koyo too, but I've never had a Koyo) fit right in, but it's pretty unnecessary for a stock motor, especially when OEM replacement radiators are less than $100. Some of the $99 ebay aluminum radiators can be a bitch to fit in there.

You should check out Mishimoto radiators on ebay. Cheap and good quality. They fit my 95 Civic, they are designed to fit 92-95. Here is a link..

If its just a stock DX motor with basic I/H/E just stay with a stock radiator and save the money for gas or something
