Default putting rsx seats in a eg hatch: need help ASAP

i just got rsx seats for my eg hatch, obvioulsy the rsx rails dont match the stock eg seat bolt pattern. Can i use my stock eg rails and just the rails or everything on the bottom of the seat. If anyone can tell me what exactly is needed for it to fit right

no, don't try detaching the rails to swap over. I found that the hard way from going from a 93 seats to 99 SI seats. The bolt pattern(from the rail to the seats) are prolly different. Drill new holes I would suggest. Unless u want to take them apart and see if the bolts match up, they MIGHT. good luck

Just get new plates for the ends of the old rsx rails and weld them on. Then line the plates up to the existing holes and make marks to were they go. then drill the holes in and line them up and bolt em in. RSX seats in EG. There is a good thread on this. ill look and repost. good luck with it. Im fixin to swap em in my Ek.

we did them in a del sol. 3 bolts lined right up and we just bent the other one so the seat sat level.. it worked out perfect.

Just go to a local welding/metal shop and ask them to make you some brackets. won't run you that much.
That's what i did.
