The car is an 01 civic 4 door. It had a kick back alarm that locks and unlocks the doors. Lately the Door locks havent been working on all 3 of the passenger doors. You can even the door click like it should unlock but the unlock buttons dont come up. Has anyone else had this problem? what needs to be fixed or replaced? Does anyone know? Hopefully i can fix it fairly cheap. thanks guys

 

not likely that the actuator should go out on three doors at the same time but that's what it sounds like.

 

wait nevermind, if they lock but don't unlock...

does the 4th door work fine.

check the wires going to the main box on the alarm unit (i hope you have an installation manual to tell you what wires go to the doors specifically)

 

only the drivers door works fine

 

my passenger side doesn't lock/unlock manually, i think its the actuator. maybe this is whats wrong with yours, or a loose connection.
