with help from the guys at AcuraZine.com forum's..
a 00 Accord key retrofitted into a all in 1 TSX key.
basically hack up one of your keys... take the original immobilizer out, and stick it in your accord cassing. then hack up your key, make it fit into the accord key slot. put it back together, and program the locks to your car.
start to finish i was done in 30 mins. dremal tools are the best!
just like OEM. should work on your RSX's.. and if the new Si's have them too???

if you can steal the key out of my pocket, you wouldn't have to modify a ACCORD key for your self.
your not understanding the immobilizer part.
its a small chip thats coded to the ECU. if you loose your key, and need a new one, you must buy a new key, and take up to 3 OEM keys to honda and and the car, have a cable hooked up to your dash, and have the immobilizer coded. THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO START THE CAR.
the transponder is something totally different. that you can program your self. the transponder is only for the door locks. i just didnt' like the keychain in my pocket.
this modification i did.. was eliminate the key chain, and add door locks to my all in 1 OEM key.
without any of the 3 imobillized keys, (which is programed to the ECU) you won't start any car.

Hey barney, do you really think a thief will spend
30 minutes doing that when he can just take it under 1 minute?
And how will thiefs get the chip inside the key to put it in theirs? Genius...

Damn, thats cool, if my volvo key wasn't a ******* rectangle I would do it, but I dont think that I can get an aftermarket all-in-one key that is the same shape as my key... but props to you key + keychain into one key is cool.
