Is it possible to have a 94-97 Teg's Mugen Front Lip mounted on 98-01 tegs?

Is it possible to have a 94-97 Teg's Mugen Front Lip mounted on 98-01 tegs?
As titled. I wonder if anyone had done this before on their 98-01 teg. And which manufacturer did you buy the kit from? There is the genuine Mugen from Kingsmotor, and Urethane from Wings West...I am sure there are some knock-offs out there as well.
If it's is possible, is it easy to modify? Will Urethane ones be hard to work on?
