What would be involved if I wanted to use a newer hydro tranny in my b20 crx?

Anyone sell a conversion package? price? worth it?

 

They dont make Cable to Hydro convertion kits, yet. (Well that i know of)

 

You're gonna hafta swap over the CHASSIS to a 92 and up
or just do some squats and get used to cable tranny's with stiff clutches.

the pics on the site are a little dated but i have seen the owners crx...b20vtec with type R trans...he is going to be making and marketing a conversion kit to run hydro tranny in cable car...i don't think that it is ready yet but if you send him a email he may be able to give you some info

I saw that CRX ( B20 ), he has had a Type Rtranny in it for a while using there Hydro conversion, I am waiting for it to be ready . I am sick of rebuilding my S1 tranny, Plus I want a LSD.

 

you can switch from a cable to hydro clutch. theres a place here in atlanta that doesall kinds of swaps and swtiches from auto to manual and cable to hydro. heres the site. they have a message board on there you can leave a message abouta price and theyll usually reply that same day. http://www.mahdavimotorsports.com and all b-series engines fit into crx's and ef's just b18 is a tight stuff
