All my gears are about 1-2" too far forward. 1st gear hits the plastic almost, when i'm in 3rd it looks like neutral... i think they might have cut it short when they did the swap and made my life suck. SpeedDOHCtors inc. formerly Project Imports inc. swapped my motor for me(biggest mistake ever)because i didnt have a garage to work in.. anywayz is there stock shift linkage that will fit or do you you always have to cut it? b16a EF CRX...Also i am getting new poly shift stabilizer bushing, cuz its sloppier than a $10 *****.
Thanks
Thanks
there isnt any stock linkage that will work right out of the box but i've heard you can use DA Integra linkage and cut/weld about 3inches out of it. you could purchase a custom linkage from hasport or azracemachine.com and probably others, but it'll depend on what mounts you used if they will work right. or if you dont want to spend the money you may be able to weld some extra length into your current linkage. you might also wanna consider a short throw shifter.
