how much hp will a JG port/polish head and cam put? and what's the prolly the max hp u can get goin all motor w/ a f22 sohc

jg is a machine shop....they can make anything for anyone...

a honda head job is a honda head job....a cam grind is a cam grind...

 

exactly, it depends on what you want your cam specs to be and what the motor will be used with....

Check out this guys site.His name is Bill Gude and from what I've found,he's about the only one who works with SOHC Accords cams.
http://www.gude.com/index.html He sells a ported and polished head with custom ground cams and a larger throttle body for about $1500.He says it's good for about 40 extra HP. He knows his stuff and is a nice guy .I spoke to him on the phone and learned quite a bit.Check him out if going all motor.
