Anyone have the Mugen thermostat and switch installed?

If so, how do you like it and how was the install? What are the down sides of these products??

I had the spoon thermostat and fan switch on my 2000 GS-R and it ran too cool. Only about 130 degrees. I also have a fluidyne radiator so I that helps cool the car too.
