If you guys are interested....on Tuesday of this week a salesman from the Acura dealership off Rt. 50 in Chantilly called me up and told me they had a Black on Black Type-R that just had come in. I think it had like 15,000 miles on it...but I would call to see if it was still there. Just FYI.

I'm near there, although a family member of mine had a bad buying experience from Pohanka, so I don't think I would/should buy there.

 

Elaborate on your experience so everyone will know what's up. And how much do they want for the car? I don't even want to waste my time if they're selling it for the typical greedy dealer markup.

I'd rather not, considering it is somewhat personal. But I will say this, I don't think the dealership is bad, just a certain salesperson, who, knowing dealership turnover, probably isn't even there any more. Although I do think their sales manager is a one hundred percent crook. I know they are very good to the NSX guys, and even hosted a get together, so they can't be all bad...possibly just our experience.

didn't check the number, but i was at the dealership yesterday helping a friend buying a RSX. I asked him about the black ITR on the lot. It have like 11,000 miles (so the sales said, i didn't look myself) and one of my friend that works there said aftermarkets parts were taken out to restore to stock except for comptech intake. Also asked him about the price. $25,000 w/o bargaining....
