OEM Throttle Body sizes

What are the factory throttle body bores for LS, GSR, ITR, Si, and D16?

ITR is actually 62mm IIRC

1st generation b16 is 58mm
all other 60mm and type r 62mm

GSR has a 60mm throttle plate.
