seems to be comming from my front fender well... whenever i brake hard or hit a bump i get this noise. i was thinking the tire is rubbing but my friend says it doesnt sound like that... maybe he doesnt know what hes talking about.
anyways, any input would be cool.

sounds like some rocks were bouncing around in your fender well. Noises are pretty tought to diagnose when you have the car, I cant begin to explain the difficulty of doing it through a description and a vague video. sorry
The suspension needs to be checked. There's a good chance there is enough play in the front lower control arm (probably due to bad bushings) for the front wheel to move backwards (or forward) enough for the tire to rub against the fender well.
Does the car pull to one side when you brake and the opposite when you accelerate? If it does, it's a confirmation of this movement.

nope... it pulls a bit but thats because i need an alignment. the bushings are all new energy suspension bushings!
i just want to know if it sounds like rubbing or not. its definately not a rock.
