Could you please post pictures?
Also, is the car modified beyond the speakers and carbon dash? Are there any dents or other damage to the exterior? Do you have all of the maintenance records? Was the engine broken in properly?
Not to bust your ***** but I'd sell the car to another enthusiast before I sell it to carmax. I realize you have time constraints but for a homologated special car like the R it'd be a shame for it to go to someone who doesn't appreciate it. I'm sure you'll find that the folks that called you this morning are hardcore enthusiasts. I really hope they buy it from you .
