Default my first Pipe top mount

Not finished yet but will have pictures every step of the way, this is a manifold I am doing for a crx in Cali that I am sponsoring (that's you Kirk )
manifold is sch 40 1.5" 304l stainless fully backpurged welds
This is going to be a sequential manifold (primaries enter collector in the firing order of the engine so 1.3.4.2. in a clockwise rotation so that you get the maximum scavenging effect off each clyd)

Let me know what you guys think, this manifold will be available for sale soon also
-James

Running argon through the interior of the pipe from a separate tank or a splitter to provide gas coverage on the inside of the weld. If you fail to do this on stainless the inside of the weld looks like black burnt sugar hence the term "sugaring".

My sponsorships are not free parts.
I can give a better deal on prices (usually a decent % off) but that is about all
ohh yah with the sporting of sticker
If you are interested give me a pm or email me at admin@jg-fab.com
Ohh yah, you must be serious about actual track racing, I dont sponsor the once a month track guy....

Not to offend, but the collector needs some work.

it doesnt look finished to me. im sure he's going to go and rework the flange area before sending it out. or was there something else you were thinking about?

JG fab, any interest in doing a NA header for a non-honda application (I would provide flanges and specs for you, I could possibly bring you a block and cylinder head to use for clearances)

Did you weld the back side of that collector before you welded them to the primaries. And isn't it going to be hard to tighten that flange to the head with the pipe in the way.

Yah it still isnt done
going to be shortened up a bit to make it fit the flange better.

As to a custom header I could easily do that
Pm me for more info
