Not sure where this goes but I want to give a heads up to anyone looking at wheels.

I ordered a set back on the 8th of March. Never got a call from them.. Called them the 13th. Said they didn't have wheels when I was told they were in stock. I then even decided to give them another chance and order a different set of wheels on the 13th that they said where in stock.

So last week on I was told they would be there on Friday. (I guess in stock meant at the factory but was not told) So now we are at Tuesday the 21st. I still have no wheels. They still do not have them in stock.

This sucks. Never order from this place. This is your warning.

 

Most retailers of wheels do not keep them in stock, and are at the mercy of the manufacturers when it comes to delivery times. Often, when a promised delivery date isn't met, it's because that's what they were promised by the manufacturer, who didn't meet their commitment. Which means the same thing likely would have happened when ordering the same wheels from any other dealer.

 

Its the lack of customer service that I am not happy about. I have left several messages (not more than one a day though) to have a call back and I never get a call.

I was also misinformed when I called in the first time with someone telling me they were in stock. But if I didn't call I would of never known.

I worked in the Industry for about 8 years I know the ins and outs of how that works. But its the lack of Customer Service and knowledge that should lead people not to buy from them.
