Default Ignition output signal problem of EF *WIRING**

ok im getting code 15 after an engine swap. Car is an 89 SI. i have put in a brand new dizzy and the car still wont start. i have checked all my grounds, connections etc. So now i believe that there is a wire in the harness somewhere that is broken. I plan on running a fresh wire from the ecu to the dizzy but i dont know which wires to run. So what i am asking is:
Run X wire from ECU to Y wire on Dizzy.
so what wires am i running? can someone tell me by colour and plug designation. thanks alot, im getting so pissed this BS has had my car down for weeks.

thanks for any wiring help.
