Yeah I know, but keep in mind I have a Mugen Twin Loop, a DENTED beyond belief Mugen Header, stock 240cc injectors, and a stock Throttle Body, plus the Cam Gears werent adjusted, so pretty much right now Im overcammed

i dont think its that bad, i mean compression is close to stock type R, cams are a little more aggressive, stock TB, full exhaust, dented muffler

i think its doing okay

You got a nice setup but the #'s are low.. Try somebody else with the tuning...

If that header/exhaust system is David's old setup, I can guarentee the header is holding back power. The header is DENTED.

I had the same set up tuned by the same person but with Apexi WS 60mm exhaust w/ imitaton 4-1 and made 10 more whp.

So before more people jump to the conclusion of "You should take it somewhere else." you need to post pics of the bottom of the header!

EDIT: I made 13+ whp, not 10

Yeah its Davids old setup, I NEED a new Header, I am going to get an imitation JDM 4-1 header, and a larger throttle body and my tuner said my Injectors were nearly peaked, my cam gears werent even adjusted and this was my motor's break in, I stand by Jeffs tuning he is a stand up guy.

Congrats on doing it yourself
Not too many people make 200 whp on their first build, so don't be discouraged.

Im not discouraged at all, I didnt care if it made 100 horsepwer just as long as it was healthy, it doesnt burn a drop of oil, and for the power Im not done yet

As for the Header, 2 of the primaries are dented in more than halfway, and those headers dont flow too well when they are new anyways...

Im going to send my Throttle Body off to MaxBore for a 64mm bore, is that enough or too much?

If you're feeling crazy you might fill that header with water and freeze it. Block off the ends somehow and you might be able to get the dents to come out a little bit...or you could just make it explode like a bottle of beer in the freezer...one of the two.

Just a thought.

If you wanted a conservative tune, you shouldn't be running 14:1 AFR's in the high RPM's. Not only is it killing your power with those AFR's, but that is pushing the limits of cast pistons on pumpgas.
