Please take some time to acquaint yourself with several of this forums features such as the Above posted "FORUM GUIDELINES":

Then feel free to use the RED highlighted SEARCH feature in the upper Right corner of your screen to scour the archives to answer most of your questions, especially obvious ones like paint codes and or which header is better.
To answer you I just gathered some quick results by entering "PAINT CODES" into the SEARCH function then checking the Archived posts and selected the Type R Forum and I got:

Your search for paint code returned 59 results."
The answer to the PY paint code is Y-56, BTW.
