I got your PM, BUt jesus man that is one really big *** turbo. 700hp rated with the S cover. that is a hoss!

Well question:
I have read everywhere that this has the to4 turbine housing. Is this the same case with the one that you are selling.
what kind of spool time would you expect on a 2.0L ls/vtec? hell i was only shotting for 550-600hp
and what are you asking for the turbo?

 

it does have the T4 housing turbine. The only difference is with the S cover it increased the output rating (hp) by giving you a 4 in inlet and 2.5 inch outlet as opposed to the 3"in 2" out. Spool time is still about the same. You should see spool by mid to late 3000's depending on setup.

I am asking $850 shipped. I paid $1050 for it. It is still brand new never used.

 

That isnt a bad price. But it is just a littte to much turbo for my needs. i am dead set on a t3 turbine housing. the t4 is just to big for my setup.

The hp rating is flywheel, so its about 600+whp capable, which is what i thought you were looking for.

Good luck finding one...if i come across anything alittle smaller i will let you know

honestly im thinking about it. But i like midrange to topend power, not just topend power, i do SCCA events and i need mid range. If i could just be sure that it would spool full boost before 5,000rpm i would love 4,000-5,000rpm useable 600hp

iI just looked at it, and it does have a .63 AR on the turbine side, so it should be spooled fairly quickly

 

damn I am so tempted. but i am a little shy on $$ right at the moment. If i get my income tax back this week sometime i will take it off your hands. If i dont get my taxes back I will half to wait until the 1st of april, if you still have the turbo. I will pick it up from you then.

 

if you definately want it i can set aside for you. If not i will just sell it to first come first serve
