Major service done @ 84K miles with all NEW OEM Honda parts such as:(all bought through Kai @ Southbay Acura )
-Timing Belt,
-Timing belt tensioner and spring
-Water pump,
-PS/AC/Alt. belts,
-Fuel filter,
-Dist. rotor & cap, NGK spark plugs & wires,
-New Thermostat/upper and lower radiator hoses, cooling system flush with Redline water wetter
-Axles replaced w/ OEM rebuilds installed on 1/10/06
-New rear engine mount w/ E.S. inserts installed on 1/10/06
-New OEM Brake Master Cylinder all installed on 12/12/05
-OEM Tie rods replaced and alignment redone @ West End on 3/1/06
Oil change done only with Mobile1 w/ K&N oil filter every 2.5k miles and tranny fluid replaced with OEM honda MTF every 6k miles
Car runs perfectly!!! ABSOLUTELY NEEDS NOTHING!!!!.....motors perfect, tranny perfect, A/C blows cold

Compression check(may vary depending on the tester) in each cylinder is 220-219-215-220 (as of 3/7/06)

AEM CAI painted wrinkle blk finish (installed @ 87K miles) Still have the OEM intake
JDM Blk Recaro front seats
JDM rear blk seats
JDM ITR Valve cover with chrome cap
JDM shift boot with Ti. ****
MOMO 320mm Monte Carlo steering wheel(unless you add $500 for the JDM SRS )
JDM 16" ITR rims w/ Yoko ES100 tires 205-45-16 (75% tread left)
Tein Flex full coilovers (installed @ 84K miles)
Hawk HPS front and rear brake pads with ATE TYP 200 fluid flush
Apexi N1 B-pipe connected to ITR muffler
Removed door lock switches (replaced with RS units)
Sedan rear door handles (no key holes)
Removed rear wiper with plug
Stock ITR CD headunit
MB Quart front Component speakers (stock in rear)
Clutch Specialties performance clutch (replaced @ 60K miles by previous owner)
Professional 4 wheel Alignment done by Darin @ West End Alignment @ 90K miles
Plus has some security stuff

attention from thieves and ricers ....reinstalling the stickers and emblems takes no brainer
