Default Prototype Racing V-stack, heads up for my NA brethren.

Like me I know a lot of you are looking for the prototype racing velocity stacks. Now that I have secured my order (So you bastards can't buy em all out ) I know a source to get them at. I know b19coupe also has a source, but here is another.

Pitcrew Motorsports:
626-573-1837

Its $75 for the stack, and another $70 if you want the compatible filter also.

Now watch these things sell out by friday.

This thread was reported as a commercial ad, but I don't really see any sign that the poster is associated with the company. Is he?

it was already posted that Joe @ prototyperacing was too busy to keep selling the stacks...he asked shawn hillier to sell them for him (shawn works @ PIT Crew I believe).... old news shawn can be reached at kswapinfo@yahoo.com

BTW I got the filter for $40..not $70 K&N part RF-1048

for a k20a ek w/rbc mani (CAI piping was custom made)

Wish I was making a buck for every one of those things that I helped to sell
I think Pit Crew and Epic are getting the stacks from the same place.

$70 for the filters? You can find it cheaper elsewhere. I got mine from Summit for $50, after shipping.

The stack they carry is made by RS Akimoto. Different design from this one. ALLMOTOR18 tested a similar looking generic one against this one and this one was proven to be better.

Here is his graph:

Here is the generic one ALLMOTOR18 tested against the Prototype one:

The velocity stack is JUST the piece you see in the pics quoted above....which is separate from intake piping that extends out the headlight...it will work on a short air intake or long CAI piping
